Art and Film Friday - Vol. 1 - 2001: A Space Odyssey

I've been very interested in painting and its relationship to film recently, so I'd like to begin a new series (we'll see how long it lasts) pairing or comparing film stills with other forms of visual art; today I'm highlighting stills from Stanley Kubrick's 2001: A Space Odyssey and works by Charles Ray and Sarah Morris.
